HI THERE! I’M KATE.

I am a family and motherhood photographer based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

I picked up a camera when I was 17 years old and never looked back, even studying photography while living abroad in Florence. Nearly two decades later, my love for photography hasn't changed—but my focus has.

After becoming a mom, I began to see photography differently. I realized just how quickly each season passes—from the anticipation of pregnancy, to those quiet early days with a brand-new baby, to watching your children grow and change right before your eyes.

That's why I love photographing families. My goal is to create images that bring you back to this season of life exactly as it felt. Whether you're expecting your first baby, soaking in the newborn days, or simply wanting to remember your family just as you are today, I'd be honored to tell your story.
